Terms of Service

Builder Standard: Product.forum is a platform dedicated to showcasing authentic indie projects, developer utilities, and software tools created by real builders. By submitting a product, you agree to maintain accurate descriptions and genuine functionality.

1. Submission Eligibility

To maintain high editorial quality for discovery visitors, all listed applications must meet the following criteria:

Must be an active, functioning web application, desktop app, SaaS, devtool, or API.
Must not contain malicious scripts, deceptive redirects, phishing forms, or spyware.
Must have a transparent description of its primary function and pricing model.
Makers must hold the intellectual property or distribution rights to the product submitted.

2. Verified Trust Badges & Embeds

Product.forum grants makers a non-exclusive license to embed our official trust badges and community discovery widgets on their domains. Badges dynamically reflect live community status and must not be altered to misrepresent verification tiers.

3. Anti-Gaming & Vote Manipulation

Community trust is paramount. Automated bots, headless browser click farms, paid vote brigades, or proxy cycling to artificially manipulate rank will result in immediate disqualification and permanent delisting of the offending URL.
